 BAPPUJI DOODLING - MAHATMA LIFE SKETCH on the150th birth anniversary.


In commemoration of Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary, an unique tribute to the father of the nation is being organized by Petals Globe Foundation at Aluva Railway Station,Ernakulam, Kerala. Fifteen artists led by cartoonist and caricaturist Cartoonman Badusha created a life sketch in doodle format on Gandhiji's entire life, THE event was co-ordinated by Sanu Sathyan, Chief Co-ordinator of Petals Globe Foundation.

The life sketch with 150 doodles featured all important events took place in Gandhiji's life from childhood, marriage with Kasturba Gandhi, South African Years, many historic incidents during Indian Independence struggle and so on. This life doodle sketch was portrayed on the walls of Retiring Room at  Aluva Railway Station was a first of its kind event to honour  the Mahatma.

Gandhiji is an inspiration and role model to million across the globe, his famous statement , " My life is my message" guide the past, present and future generations, especially the children where the future of India resides , hence this unique event is organised ; said, Sanu Sathyan, Co-ordinator of PETALS GLOBE FOUNDATION, an NGO works on the welfare of children.
