PETALS GLOBE FOUNDATION, the NGO for the young minds in association with the CSR Division of FEDERAL BANK brought out a novel idea of conducting a DIGI ART SUMMER CAMP focusing on digital enhancements and applications in various walks of life of the general public and in the field of  art, cinema, education etc.

The venue of the camp was at  Sacred Heart Orphanage School, Mookkannoor, Ernakulam and the camp was completely free of cost for the students including the food. All the participating students were given CERTIFICATES and MOMENTOS as well.

The camp featured digital oriented programmes focussing on art , animation, digital comics etc. along with Career Guidance sessions. The specialties of this novel summer camp were sessions in Digital Art, How to create an animation movie, Movie VFX break downs with live demos by VFX experts, Story board preparation, Animatics, Previz,  Digital Art Comics, Live Cartooning and Caricaturing, The positive impact of digitalisation in many walks of life like Education, Banking, Movie production, Day to day life activities, Modern Vehicles, Security systems, Controlling Natural Calamities etc. and its career opportunities.

The camp was led by noted caricaturist Cartoonman Badusha supported by a unique team.The faculties of the camp included experts from Digital – Art – VFX -Comics fields like Venu Variath, Jinesh K.Joys, Sandeep Sasidharan,Nidheesh, Artist Hassan Kotteparampil, Artist Prince, Psychologist  Sija S, Motivational Speaker Siraj Kasim, Magician Joy John,Banking Expert M.O.Thomas along with Petals Globe co-ordinator, Sanu Sathyan.
