To train the teacher and equip them with the good tools to deliver the best in the class room is a core element in the process of education. Petals Globe Foundation is very keen and focused in this area since a major gap is identified across the globe. To bridge this gap, Petals Globe Foundation wish to organise Teacher Training Sessions in various schools in India and Middle East. As part of this initiative, a training programme was conducted at Ajman with the support of Learnware Solutions.

Eminent Teacher Trainer and Founder of Smart Kinder Garten, Jiju Thomas has delivered an extensive training programme for Kinder Garten Teachers for three days in Ajman and Um Al Quwain region. Petals Globe Foundation has constituted a panel of good teacher trainers and aiming to conduct training for 1000 teachers in India and abroad during 2017 - 18.
